Listed below are SMD’s standard shop tolerances:

Laser Cut:

+/- .005″

Shear:

+/- .032″ linear, +/- .062″ diagonal

CNC Punching:

+/- .005″ hole to hole

Punch, Notch, Bend:

+/- .032″

Angle:

+/- 1 degree

Weld:

+/- .062″

Material Range: We can laser cut from .005″ thick mild steel to 1″ thick mild steel. We can plasma cut up to 2″ thick mild steel.
